Ridgewood Table Tennis Club
Table Tennis is played in the hall on a Monday evening between 7.30pm and 10.30pm from September to June. Ridgewood is a member of the Wealden League and during the season there are opportunities to play in the league and visit other teams in Broad Oak, Herstmonceux and Crowborough.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi for the over 60's
A fun class focusing on the health and social benefits from regular practice of this ancient exercise. There are so many benefits from the classes, including relaxation, improved balance as well as gently making the body more supple and stronger. These classes are aimed at beginners so no experience is necessary. It's never too late to start a new hobby!

Come and find us at Tinklers Music, a fun, independent music group for babies and preschool children. Lots of singing, dancing, playing instruments, parachutes, puppets, bouncing ponds and lots more, you never know what will come out next ! A great place to make friends and enjoy music.

Zara Breeze Singing Lessons
My name is Zara Breeze and I hold a Diploma in Teaching Contemporary Singing with the Voice College.
Having completed my BA Hons Degree at London Studio Centre I went on to be a vocalist for Jean Ann Ryan productions and Siblu Europe.
I have been teaching singing for 6 years and have had students have great success at local competitions and productions. I offer solo and small group classes. My aim is for everyone to enjoy their lessons and work around their goals, whether it is audition prep, exam work or confidence building.

Rejuvenate Pilates
The pilates is a friendly mixed group with no more than 12 people. Beginners and intermediate standard. It’s mat work pilates and every week is different. Usually running in blocks of 5 on a Monday evening and Thursday morning.
Bounce Back cardiac rehab
Fun & Friendly Cardiac Rehab Class led by Penny Hall
This class welcomes all who have heart disease and / or have had treatment ie stent, CABG, pacemaker etc.
A referral form will be needed in most cases, email Penny at Bounceback for more information on how to join this class.

Ridgewood Art Group
We are a small friendly group of like-minded people who meet every week to enjoy creating works of art in all media.
We welcome new members, experienced or not. We don’t have a tutor but progress with our art with the encouragement and help of our members.
Our sessions take place at The Ridgewood Village Hall, New Road, Uckfield, TN22 5TG, every Friday (except Bank Holidays and throughout August), from 12noon until 2.45pm.
